A COMMUNITY OF REMEMBRANCE

Because love leaves a Marker

The people behind these markers never planned on being here.
These memorials exist because love refuses to let them be missed.
Marked by Memory preserves roadside memorials and the lives they represent—
so their names, stories, and impact can live on.

Their Story, Documented Forever

Marked by Memory was created to preserve roadside memorials and the lives they represent with dignity and care. These markers are built by families and friends who refuse to let someone be forgotten.

This project honors that love by documenting memorials and protecting their stories in one lasting place. It’s a preserved remembrance and a reminder to travel with care, because every life on the road is someone’s whole world.

FOR FAMILIES

Found a QR code at a Memorial?

If you are here because you found a QR code at your loved one’s memorial site along the road, please know it was placed here with care to honor that space with you.

Every roadside marker holds the story of a life that matters.
This exists to make sure that life is remembered—clearly, respectfully, and with meaning.

The focus is always on who they were, not on how they were lost. Each memorial is written in a personal voice, centered on their life, their spirit, and the love that surrounds them. This is a digital forever for your loved one — a place where their story and the love you carry can continue to live on.

“Time will never erase love. Marked by memory stands as a witness, keeping that love alive.”
